IMPT Academy
Professional Development That Moves Beyond the Workshop
Learn it. Apply it. Lead differently.
IMPT Academy is the professional development and learning arm of S. Michelle Consulting Agency, designed for the people responsible for leading teams, developing young people, managing programs, strengthening organizations, and serving communities.
The Academy provides practical, engaging learning experiences that connect professional development to what participants are actually navigating in their work.
No training for training's sake. No sitting through three hours of information that disappears the moment everyone leaves the room.
The goal is to create learning that sparks reflection, strengthens practice, builds confidence, and gives people something they can use.
Built for the People Doing the Work
The people closest to the work are often carrying a lot.
They are leading teams. Managing programs. Responding to challenges. Supporting young people and families. Navigating organizational expectations.
Building relationships. Solving problems in real time.
And sometimes doing all of it without enough opportunity to step back, strengthen their skills, and think intentionally about how they lead.
IMPT Academy creates that space.
Training is designed to be engaging, relevant, reflective, and grounded in the realities participants bring into the room.

Who This Work Supports
Summer Staff Readiness Intensive
〰️
Summer Staff Readiness Intensive 〰️
What This Covers:
Staff structure, roles, and expectations
Team accountability and professional standards
Daily workflow and program consistency
Managing behavior, communication, and engagement
Leadership support for supervisors and coordinators
Summer programs and seasonal initiatives don’t struggle because of a lack of effort—they struggle when expectations are unclear, systems are inconsistent, and leadership is stretched.
This intensive is designed to prepare teams before the season begins—ensuring staff are aligned, systems are in place, and leadership is equipped to manage effectively from day one.
The goal is simple: your program runs smoothly, your staff are clear, and your leadership is not in constant reaction mode.
Strong teams don’t happen by accident.
They’re built.
